Ces raisons concernent environ 65% de la demande en coaching. En France, l’amélioration de sa stratégie business est généralement ce qui pousse les entrepreneurs et managers à franchir le pas. Par ailleurs, 46% des managers ont recours aux compétences du coaching dans leur quotidien professionnel.

À travers une formation au coaching ou le recours à un coach certifié, les entreprises visent également l’augmentation de la performance puis l’amélioration de la communication entre collaborateurs. Quel est le futur du coaching ?

Premièrement, la progression de la demande en coaching dans les organisations va certainement s’accroître de plus de 40% dans les 3 prochaines années. Un constat qui va « forcer » les coachs certifiés et les organismes de formation au métier de coach à s’adapter, en proposant notamment du coaching en ligne ou des offres de formation au coaching à distance.

Ensuite, c’est le coaching collectif qui connaîtra probablement le plus fort taux de développement dans les années à venir. Ce qui n’est pas très étonnant quand on voit les bénéfices considérables retirés par les équipes. Le coaching sera de plus en plus envisagé comme un accélérateur de changement au sein des entreprises.
